Challenge Employees in this office building were uncomfortable from over heating and over cooling from an aging multi-zone system and poorly operating pneumatic controls. The customer wanted Perfection to help control tenant comfort with an energy-efficient solution.

Solution
Perfection removed the multi-zone system and installed 12 high-efficiency furnaces with hybrid heat pumps. Programmable thermostats were added for comfort control, and Perfection provided a preventative maintenance contract for the new equipment to avoid future problems.
