Challenge This regional bank needed to reduce owning and operating costs and improve the work environment for its employees in two service centers, an office building and 116 branch banks throughout Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus.

Solution
Perfection replaced and upgraded HVAC equipment to save energy. Prior to the project, an HVAC contractor and in-house staff were providing mechanical services. Perfection recommended two of its own on-site HVAC maintenance service professionals as well as additional mobile technicians as needed to ensure continual equipment efficiency.
