Challenge This 250-condominium residential high-rise building needed a complete HVAC renovation to reduce building operating expenses. Perfection needed to work efficiently to keep residents comfortable throughout the installation process.

Solution
Perfection installed energy-efficient boilers, chillers and more than 1,200 new fan coil units. The project also included other energy-efficient upgrades, such as building automation. Perfection recommended ongoing maintenance service to ensure the HVAC system maintained optimal efficiency.
