Challenge A California-based chemical plant needed a new facility to insource product production. The customer had specific design-build requirements and wanted Perfection to help design and install the entire process system for their production line.

Solution
Process piping and systems were installed for their production lines. Perfection also designed and installed the HVAC systems in the office and manufacturing areas. The process design included a steam boiler, compressed air, extra-large stainless steel mixing tanks, stainless steel piping, pumps and programmable logic
controllers (PLCs).

Results
Perfection’s solutions allowed the chemical plant to insource all production. The customer has now doubled the size of its facility to accommodate increased product demand and create a new process for a brand new product. Perfection took the lead in this expansion project, including HVAC and the design and installation of the process system for the new production lines.
